We are on Cape Cod Massachusetts in the town of Truro

Visit our private and comfortable beach getaway located in a private development with access to its own community owned Bay beach. It is near Pond Village in North Truro and a very short drive (or bike ride) from Coast Guard Beach and the historic Highland Light and its golf course.

The house features an open, airy and well lighted layout. The main living area opens to a cathedral ceiling with a skylight. There are also two bedrooms and a full bath on the main floor. The upper floor has a very generous master suite with a private bath and skylight and a large loft area with its own outside deck. The finished basement has windows on three sides (thanks to a sloping site), a full bath and separate bedroom.
There is an enclosed, hot water outdoor shower and a secluded hot tub outside.
A nearly two acre lot protects your privacy.
